Pratik Chapagain

Pratik Chapagain is a biomedical engineer and innovator focused on developing next-generation solutions for joint health. As Lead Project Manager for Formae Inc., he directs core operations for CyborGel—a biomimetic cartilage implant designed to address the U.S. osteoarthritis crisis. His work spans the full product lifecycle, from production and manufacturing to marketing and regulatory strategy. He earned his B.S. & M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, where his research focused on designing and optimizing 3D-printed composite materials to improve mechanical strength for bone compatibility. An award-winning entrepreneur, Pratik is passionate about translating complex medical technologies from the lab into real-world solutions that improve patient lives.
